For this reason, my fundamental point of reference is Walter Benjamin’s thought: the investigation starts from the “Critique of Violence” (Gewalt). In this analysis, other basic terms of Benjamin's philosophical-political lexicon are relevant: eg. Herrschaft and Macht.
